Adam Curry is doing very cool things these days. Today he wrote a script that checks a folder on his harddisk, and does this:

"Change name to dailySourceCode+today's date. Add id3 tags. Upload to server. Create a blog post via metaWeblog api to Radio UserLand. Delete desktop file. Tell me if it worked."

Now, I've been digging into Frontier and Radio UserLand the past few days, and I think this can be done with just Radio. The only thing I'm not sure of, is the creation of the ID3 tags. But apart from that, I think it's possible to create a Radio tool that does all the work for you. This way, it won't be an Apple tool, but a cross-platform thing.

When I get the time I will try to make some scripts, and see if it works.

Wouldn't it be nice to have an aggregated blog for BloggerCon registrants, just like Convention Bloggers?

Just like every other Radio user, I know the comments on this blog are causing the entire page to be slow. It's been like that for months, maybe longer than a year (as far as I know). Scoble turned off his comments for a while because of the speed problems. A few posts later he tells the comments are back, just without the number of comments in the link.

I have thought of that before, but I actually want to see if there's a comment. On top of that, I want to be able to manage my comments. So, what does a developer like me do? Create your own system! I just haven't had the time to do this yet.

Because I have some more spare time these days, I will try to start working on this project. Suggestions, of course, are always welcome. I will probably make it open source, so everyone can use it.
